Who we are, what we’re about, and how we’re changing the Data & Analytics industry for the better

Our existence is driven by a single purpose – to create a more diverse, inclusive and representative workforce within Data & Analytics. We are here to highlight where the industry can improve, how it can improve and to help make those improvements. 

Data & Analytics is an industry that is having an increasing impact on our day-to-day lives. As technology transitions from being its own sector to one that plays a key role in all others, from retail and hospitality to healthcare, construction and finance, the difference that is made by strong data sets cannot be underestimated. 

But as its role within society becomes more prominent, and opportunities in the field proliferate, we must ensure that the people behind it – those working within Data & Analytics – represent the people it is serving. A more inclusive workforce is crucial to the success of an ever-expanding industry. 

We are pushing for a more representative workforce by sharing our knowledge, speaking to other industry experts, and by creating and highlighting opportunities within Data & Analytics to help create the change we want to see.
